What you need to know before you start.

When does it activate?
Your pack or membership activates on the date your payment is completed — not when you first attend a class.
When does it expire?
Trial: expires 14 days after purchase. 8-Credit Pack: expires 2 calendar months after purchase. 20-Credit Pack: expires 6 calendar months after purchase. Unlimited: renews monthly on the same date — no expiry while active.
How do credits work?
One credit is reserved the moment you confirm a booking. It becomes used when your attendance is recorded. A valid cancellation returns the reserved credit to your balance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel before the cancellation window closes and your credit is returned. Cancel after the window or no-show and the credit is forfeited.
Can I share or transfer credits?
No. Credits and memberships are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another member.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Please read the full terms before buying.
